So… what is the Creature Club?

The Highrise Creature Club is built from two collectible NFT concepts: 11,111 one-of-a-kind creature avatars and the Highrise LAND NFTs we brought into the same club. Hold either one and you're a member, with perks built into Highrise.

The basics

So, what's an NFT?

Think of an NFT as a one-of-a-kind digital collectible that's genuinely yours, recorded on the blockchain, not just sitting inside an app. Your Creature is yours to keep, wear, sell, or gift, and no one can copy or take it.

The club

What's the Creature Club?

It's 11,111 unique creature avatars, plus the Highrise LAND parcels folded into the same family. Members unlock wearable looks, daily Creature Coins, exclusive drops, and members-only spaces built into Highrise.

Gen 2 is on the way: every LAND will receive its own Creature, and every Gen 1 Creature its own pet, so Creatures and LAND end up equal in perks.

Membership

How do I become a member?

Just own a Creature or a LAND NFT. That's the whole requirement. Either one grants full Creature Club status: daily Creature Coins, exclusive drops, and the private community spaces.

Your Discord role is automatic. Once your NFT sits in a wallet linked to your Highrise account, your roles update on their own, usually within an hour. Nothing to claim on your side.

🗺️ Highrise LAND NFTs

LAND NFTs are the club's collection of virtual parcels in the Highrise universe, in Standard and Premium tiers. Most LAND owners also have an adorable slime pet to go with their plot. LAND's original standalone plan changed, so we folded the project into the Creature Club family: owning LAND now makes you a member too.

LAND owners earn Creature Coins (Premium plots at 3×), get room capacity boosts, keep their slime pets, and take part in the same drops and giveaways as Creature holders.

The journey

How HCC got here

Where the club has been, and where it's headed.

2021 · THE MINT

11,111 creatures are born

HCC launches as Highrise's first collectible avatar project: computer-generated creatures, each with a wearable set of items and a promise of perks for holders.

2022 · LAND ARRIVES

A second collectible: Highrise LAND

LAND launches as virtual parcels of the Highrise universe, in Standard and Premium tiers, with daily Land Tokens, room capacity boosts, an exclusive shop, and slime pets. The original dream: custom, monetizable corners of Highrise you could run yourself.

2022–2024 · THE WOBBLE

Big ideas, uneven follow-through

Lots of ambition across both projects, but consistency, communication and follow-through didn't meet the standard holders deserved. We heard the frustration.

2023 · LAND JOINS THE CLUB

One family, not two

We wound down the original "custom monetizable Highrise" plan for LAND and brought LAND owners into Creature Club benefits. We converted Land Tokens to Creature Coins, pets stayed with their owners, Premium LAND mirrored higher-tier Creature benefits at 3×, and a compensation path covered owners who didn't want the new direction.

2024 · THE MERGE SHIPS

LAND benefits become real HCC benefits

Regular updates confirmed the practical merge: Discord access opened to LAND owners, Highrise+ eligibility and Creature Coins applied to eligible players, exclusive LAND and Creature giveaways continued, and Gen 2 / shop work moved forward under one HCC update rhythm.

DEC 2025 · THE DELIVERY RESET

Back to visible follow-through

A dedicated artist put permanently on finishing Gen 1 & Gen 2. Updates every two weeks. Monthly shop refreshes. Quarterly drops. A clear commitment to communication, delivery, and rebuilding trust.

NOW · THE COUNCIL

Holders get a voice

The next step: a holder-led Player Council that helps shape what gets made, across Creatures and LAND alike. Head to the Council page to see how it works.

Quick answers

Questions you might have

I own LAND, not a Creature. Am I in the club?

Yes. LAND owners are full Creature Club members. Your Land Tokens became Creature Coins, you earn daily Coins (Premium plots at 3×), and you take part in club drops and giveaways. Your plot and your slime pet stay exactly as they are.

Is my creature's ownership safe?

Yes. Plans to migrate creatures off the blockchain have been canceled following Steam approval. If that ever needs to change, we'll tell you early and clearly. No surprises.

How much does a Creature cost, and what if I can't afford one yet?

Prices are set by holders, so they range widely: from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, depending on rarity and traits. For live numbers, the Market page shows the current floor and real sale history. Can't buy in yet? Keep an eye on the Highrise Discord. There are regular giveaways and contests where you can win one for free.

I bought a Creature but don't see my role or perks yet. What gives?

First, make sure the wallet holding it is linked to your Highrise account. That's what connects your NFTs to the club. Once it's linked, your Discord roles and perks sync on their own, usually within an hour. If it's been longer, double-check you linked the right wallet, then ask in the public Highrise Discord.

Where do I buy and sell, and how do I spot a fake?

Start here. The club's own Marketplace lets you browse, buy, sell and transfer straight from your own wallet, in ETH or USDC, with no marketplace fee from us. If you'd rather trade elsewhere, here's where each collection actually lives, so you can check any listing you come across.

  • Gen 1 Creatures live on Immutable zkEVM. Off-site, the one official marketplace is Token Trove.
  • LAND and its slime pet live on Ethereum mainnet. Off-site, the one official collection is Highrise LAND on OpenSea.
  • Gen 2 isn't out. It's still in production, so it doesn't trade anywhere yet. Anything sold as a Gen 2 creature or pet today is fake, without exception.

The fake to know: Gen 1 Creatures are not on OpenSea. Every "Highrise Creature" or "Highrise Creature Club" collection you see there is a scam. Reach any marketplace through the official links, never a DM, and read Stay safe before your first trade.

Our reasoning

Why we're doing this

Trust doesn't come back from promises. It comes from consistent delivery and from actually listening. The Council exists so HCC holders aren't just told what's coming next, but help decide it. It's a sounding board with influence on creative direction, run alongside the team that builds.

The big idea

Meet the Player Council

A small, holder-led group that works with a dedicated PM and the art team to finish Gen 2 and run the steady drops. It's advisory: a say on creative, not a vote on the business.

Every HCC holder, Creature or LAND, is a member. Hold for 3 months and you can vote. A Council "seat" is a formal elected role on top of that: only 7 exist, and you vote on who fills 4 of them.

Who holds the seats

Meet your Council

All seven seats are filled: four you elected in June, three appointed for continuity. Terms run six months, so this board changes when you vote again.

  • Pocket Worlds

No fixed term, that's the point of the seat
  • Pocket Worlds

No fixed term, that's the point of the seat

    RavingRiley

Long-standing holder, appointed to keep the club's memory

    Seated Jun 8, 2026
No fixed term, that's the point of the seat

Elected seats run six months, two in a row at most, so new voices keep coming through. The appointed seats carry what the Council learned into the next term.

How a seat is won

4 elected seats, across 3 brackets

Your bracket is set by how many HCC assets you hold (Creatures + LAND combined) when the candidacy window opens. Every holder size has a path to run.

2
seats: hold 1–4 NFTs
1
seat: hold 5–14 NFTs
1
seat: hold 15+ NFTs
⚖️

Why brackets?

So the largest holders can't dominate the Council. Every tier of the community has at least one seat reserved for someone who holds at that size. A holder with a single Creature can win a seat.

📝

What it takes to run

Meet your bracket's asset count at the snapshot, have held at least 1 HCC asset continuously for 3 months (same bar as voters), and self-nominate during the open window by answering the application's open questions on your positions. Brackets gate running, not voting. Every eligible holder votes on all 4 races.

How a seat works

How you get a seat, and how you keep it

🎟️

Hold to vote

Hold at least 1 HCC asset (Creature or LAND) continuously for 3 months to vote. To run: 2 seats are open to holders of 1–4 assets, 1 is reserved for holders of 5–14 assets, and 1 for holders of 15+. That way every holder size has a voice.

🔒

Seats can't be sold

A Council seat is tied to you: never bought or traded.

🗳️

You nominate, you vote

A self-nomination window opens (you answer a few open questions on your positions), then holders vote.

🔄

New voices

Six-month terms, max two in a row for elected seats. Nobody gets stuck in.

• • •
At the ballot

How voting works

You vote in every seat race, with one vote per seat. The Member race elects two, so you pick two candidates there. The candidates with the most votes win. One holder's vote is never weighted by how much you hold.

🔐

🪑

Unopposed? You still decide

If a race has no more candidates than seats, you vote to seat them or to reopen nominations. If reopening wins but nobody new steps up, the original candidate is seated. A seat can be contested, never blocked into a vacancy.

Quick answers

Questions you might have

Is this a DAO? Do I own part of the company now?

No. The Council is advisory: a sounding board on creative and roadmap decisions. Pocket Worlds remains the executor and keeps final say on the business, the economy and the brand.

Will big holders just take over?

No. It's one holder, one vote in every seat, never weighted by how many Creature or LAND assets you own. How many you hold only affects which seat you can run for, never how much your vote counts. We reserve seats for different holder sizes so everyone gets a voice. Four of the seven seats are elected directly by holders; three are appointed for continuity and competence. We'd rather say that split openly than pretend it's purely democratic.

What about Gen 1 and Gen 2?

A dedicated artist is on finishing them, and the Council helps decide which creatures and variants make each Gen 2 set, picking from the options the art team can build.

What does the Council start with?

It starts advisory-leaning, and its "Decides" power grows release by release as it earns trust, not everything on day one.

The basics

What you actually own

Your creature and your LAND are NFTs: items you truly own on the blockchain, not just inside an app. Here's what that means.

🪪

Truly yours

An NFT is a one-of-a-kind item recorded on the blockchain. Your creature is yours to keep, wear, sell, or gift.

Lives on Immutable

HCC creatures live on the Immutable zkEVM network, a fast, low-fee blockchain built for game items.

🔑

You hold the keys

Your wallet, like MetaMask, is how you prove ownership and move your assets. Guard it like your house keys.

🛒

Trade on Token Trove

Token Trove is the marketplace where you buy, sell, and transfer your creatures.

• • •
Before you start

Your toolkit

Four things you'll meet again and again: your wallet, the marketplace, and the two coins you'll need.

MetaMask

Your crypto wallet. Holds your funds and creatures, and signs every action. Get it as a browser extension or mobile app.

Token Trove

The official HCC marketplace. Find the link in the Highrise Discord under official links, never from a random DM.

ETH

Ethereum is the currency you buy creatures with.

IMX

IMX covers the tiny network fee ("gas") on every action. Keep a little on hand.

One thing to know

Creatures live on the Immutable zkEVM network. You'll switch your wallet to it when buying or moving creatures. Token Trove walks you through it each time.

You keep custody: your own wallet signs every transaction on Immutable zkEVM, and this site never holds your Creatures or funds. Cashing out is the one place where the route you pick can pass your ETH through someone else on the way to Ethereum, and the route picker says which does what. It's open source, and you can only trade Creatures held in a self-custody wallet like MetaMask. If yours are in Immutable Passport, withdraw them first. You'll need a little IMX for network gas.
